For US shipping: Since all our jewelry are made to order, items usually ships from our store within 3-7 days. If there is any delay due to a large quantity order, we will contact you. We ship worldwide from NYC, NY and regular shipping to anywhere within the US takes approximately 2 - 5 business days
For overseas: Shipping times vary. Overseas regular shipping rates will take anywhere from 7 - 20 business days. If packages or shipments are held by customs, shipping times may exceed 20 days. Desideri design is not responsible for delays incurred by the activities of customs.An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped, Desideri design will not be responsible for stolen or unclaimed packages.
